And God said,

Behold, I have given you
every herb bearing seed,
which is upon the face of all the earth,
and every tree,
in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed;
to you it shall be for meat.
Genesis 1:29

The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines the word “meat” as follows:

1 a: FOOD; especially: solid food as distinguished from drink:

b: the edible part of something as distinguished from its covering (as a husk or shell)

Only in its secondary definition does Merriam-Webster allude to meat as being what most people commonly think of when they hear the word… the decomposing muscular tissues and vital glands and organs of dead animals.  So there it is.  In the very first chapter of the Old Testament of The Holy Bible, the inspired words of God instruct us as to what our proper diet should be: Green Herbs (vegetables) and Fruit!

Think about this… which would you prefer?  On a warm and lovely summer afternoon, would you rather come into someone’s home where there is a bowl of fresh fruit set out upon the table and is filling the air with its pure, sweet fragrance?  Or… would you rather come into a home where a bowl of animal flesh, milk, fish or fowl has been sitting around for a couple of days?

After taking an inspired whiff of each atmosphere, which foods would you adjudge as providing more pure and proper nutrition for your human body?  Which would you conclude would have the least toxic effect upon your internal system?… your brain?… your mind?… your immortal soul?

The Beatles were well aware of the primary dictum of proper nutrition… and sang about it, loud and clear, on their famous 1969 music album release: The White Album.  Just listen to George Harrison’s song: “Glass Onion” and there will be absolutely no doubt left in your mind…

"You know that what you eat you are...

And what is sweet now turns so sour!”

The foods you choose to put into your body can and will have a profound effect upon your life in many subtle and not so subtle ways.  As the body, mind and soul are inextricably interconnected, partaking of the proper food and drink in proper amounts will not only provide you with an enhanced state of physical well-being, but will also enhance your mental and spiritual condition.  Conversely, ingesting a poor and improper diet will result in poor physical condition and, eventually, poor mental and spiritual condition, as well.

Dr. Damon Leigh will assist you in making a comfortable transition from your present "conventional" dietary habits to a more natural and healthful diet.  What is essentially involved here is the breaking of a bad habit and the replacement of it with a good habit.  Dr. Leigh can and will provide you with the necessary information and with heartfelt encouragement, but, make no mistake about it: it will be up to you to provide the requisite self-motivation.

Proper health and abundant vitality are not to be gotten from a bottle of pills or by depriving one’s body of its necessary nutritional elements.  You may temporarily lose some weight by eating nothing but meat and eggs, but you will be polluting your system with so much toxicity in doing so, that life will become very unpleasant and significantly shorter in duration.

Your Creator has designed your body to run perfectly… but only when it is maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions as noted above in the citation from The Book of Genesis.  Pure and proper food combined with adequate intake of pure water will equal a pure and vibrant life in every way imaginable.

So why delay?  Contact Dr. Leigh today to set your appointment for your personal comprehensive dietary analysis and natural nutritional consultation.
